- I am a long time Borland fan, but now I am not so sure. Judging from the review
- of Borland 5.0 (see other articles in this newgroup), I think you should go
- for Visual C++ 4.0. I don't think price will be a problem since you can always
- get a discount version in your university's bookstore or computer store.
